The Thomas Paul Constructions story begins in 1987, when company director Thomas Hughes decided to use his expert building knowledge to help more people become investors and homeowners. From humble beginnings, we grew to become one of the leading residential property developers in New South Wales by the mid-1990s.

Expanding into the Queensland market was the next logical step. We opened a new office in Ashmore, on the sunny Gold Coast, to deliver the same TPC service to the Sunshine State. Since our Queensland launch more than a decade ago, we have built homes in Warwick, Caboolture, Pimpama, Harvey Bay, Cambooya, Windaroo, and other local growth areas. Expanding into Queensland’s booming property market helped strengthen Thomas Paul Constructions as New South Wales’ real estate market faltered.

In 2015, we invested in North Wyong Recycling. This public recycling yard helps us operate more sustainably and efficiently to reduce our carbon footprint.
