If we face unexpected challenges like hitting rock or unearthing unstable soil during construction, we’ll cover the costs of fixing the problem so you can maximise your investment return. We’ll also make sure your property meets acoustic requirements, even when building in traffic corridors. We’ll also take the time to reduce the bushfire attack rating to lower your insurance premiums and keep your tenants safe.
